Step 3: Once you approve the design, we carve and ship it out.

Average delivery time for custom products is 10 to 14 days

- Your design mock-up will be emailed to you within 2 working days after receiving your order.  
- You can ask for changes in your design till you are satisfied. However, this will further delay your dispatch date by 24 hours. 
- If you are not happy with the design mockup, you can cancel the order and get a full refund. (order cancellations are allowed before your custom product is engraved)
